  • As soon as your event date is confirmed. Bookings are subject to product availability, and booking at your earliest convenience will secure the items you’ve chosen for your special event.

  • To confirm a booking with us, we require a valid credit card, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is equal to 50 percent of your reservation total and will be applied toward your final balance. This payment can be made by credit or debit card, cash, or check. Payments made by check must be made at least one week prior to your event to allow time for the funds to clear.

  • At least 30 days prior to your event. If you are booking an event within the 30-day window, please have your numbers firmly in mind when you call to reserve.

  • Yes, as long as the items are available. Additional items will be added to your current reservation when you pay in full.

  • Yes. Delivery rates vary; please contact us for a quote.

  • Yes, we offer after-hours pickups for an additional fee. All arrangements must be made in advance. Please contact us for a quote.

  • You can send someone else to pick up the order. They will need to know the name on the reservation and settle any remaining balance owed on the account.

  • You are able to pick up your order on Saturday between 9am and 5pm and return on Monday before 9am. We offer delivery services 7 days a week during May-October. Please contact us for a quote.

  • The rental rate is based on an event that lasts 24-48 hours. Should you need the items longer than that, please inquire about our long-term rental rates.

  • We will inform you as soon as possible if we discover missing or damaged items upon return. If you are able to locate missing items after the event, please return them within 48 hours. Normal wear and tear is expected, but we will assess an extra cleaning charge for any wax, glitter, mud, grease, ink and other hard-to-remove stains. We will charge the full replacement cost for any lost, damaged, or item unable to be restored to its original condition. We inspect all items upon return to ensure that they are sanitary and in top condition for the next customer. You are responsible for returning rental items in the same condition in which they were received.

  • No, we will not offer refunds for unused items. Rental items are charged for time out, not for use. Every item that leaves our building is treated the same way upon return, used or not. This screening ensures that every item you receive is sanitary and ready for the next client.

  • ONLY the 10x10 and 20x20 frame tent -- all other tents must be set up by Something Borrowed staff. If you choose to pick up the 20x20 frame tent yourself, please note that the longest poles are 14 feet long, so you will need a trailer at least 14 feet long.

  • Setup and delivery fees are a separate charge; please call us for a quote.
